All of our orders are currently shipped the following working day.
We have a 14 day returns policy. If you receive your goods and are not happy please email email@example.com.
We will refund/replace items that are returned unused and in a re-sellable condition.🍭
Due to EU/UK/US hygiene regulations we can't refund, replace or exchange makeup returned in non-saleable condition.
Returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer so you must return them by recorded delivery ( if you return something and it gets lost we will not be able to process your exchange / refund). Depending on the nature of the issue you may be liable to pay for the goods to be returned. Once we have processed the return we will inform you by email. For card refunds we would allow up to 10 days to receive the money back in your bank.

All of our parcels are sent with a reference number which allows you to locate your parcels journey.
We are unfortunately unable to provide refunds for parcels should you have entered your address or contact information incorrectly at the time of purchase.
If your parcel arrives damaged please email us email@example.com and we will look into this further.
Please note parcels may be delayed by customs and is out of our control. Please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping if ordering from overseas.
Will my return postage be refunded?🍭
I am afraid at this time we do not offer free returns and cannot refund any postage fees.
Received the wrong Items?🍭
We're sorry if you received the wrong item. Let us fix this by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and a picture of the items you received in error.
Received faulty Items?🍭
Firstly we are sorry, everything is quality controlled but occasionally items slip the net. If you do have any damaged items, you must email us a picture to email@example.com along with your original order number and we will be happy to replace these for you. Please note if you do not have a picture of the damage we will be unable to help.
